Surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks, rugged landscapes, and ancient monasteries perched on barren cliffs, Spiti offers a surreal and otherworldly experience to those who venture into its pristine beauty. The Spiti River flows through the valley, carving out a dramatic terrain that is both challenging and awe-inspiring. The region is dotted with picturesque villages, where traditional mud-brick houses blend seamlessly with the stark surroundings. Spiti is renowned for its spiritual ambiance, with monasteries like Key Monastery and Tabo Monastery showcasing centuries-old Buddhist art and culture.
